Hi,
	I am looking for a unix/xenix to run on a 386 clone.  I am not familiar
with the current state of the market, and was hoping someone in netland could
help me out.
    My basic requirements are:
	1) Run X (NeWs or just X11.r3 or .r4)
	2) Have compilers and Libraries available (if not included) for a 
	   "reasonable" price (ie not a $2500 developers kit to get a C 
	   compiler)
	3) Preferably run some sort of DOS window 
	4) Cost under $1000

Any recommendations would be appreciated.
