I have "enhanced" module x11term.c to more completely emulate a VT300
series LK201 keyboard. This includes:

 - shifted function keys
 - remove, prev screen, next screen
 - application keypad

If there is sufficient interest, I will post the changes in this
group, otherwise I'll send them by mail.
