|last three of these waves.  I don't know that `tropix' or `moscom' is at fault,
|but "pull the plug" sounds like a good idea until someone gets his news system
|fixed.

From here it looks like 'tropix' (or 'rit') - 'moscom' is not in the
path I'm seeing:
