Since we are already discussing the interest in OS/2-related newsgroups
in news.groups, we might as well make this official and issue a call for
discussion on the creation of comp.sys.os2.  I feel we should start out
with one group and grow as demand warrants -- comp.sys.os2 is the logical
place to start.

The group would be a place for the discussion of the OS/2 operating system
in all areas -- programming, use, Presentation Manager, Communications
Manger, etc, etc, etc.

One thing that also needs to be discussed, is who will be willing to take
the vote when the discussion period is over.
