Don't be fooled by the fact that you can't find something in your .newsrc file - that only lists groups that you are, or at some time have been, subscribed to. To get a list of *all* available newsgroups - try typing 'l' (thats a lower case 'L') at an rn prompt (I assume you're using rn 'cos I don't know how to do it with other newsreaders). Then again, it's just possible that you don't get misc.wanted at your site. If this is the case - drop me a line by email - I'd be glad to post a request for you.
