Sometimes, I'll be reading along (using readnews), and when I get to the
last msg in the newsgroup, I'll get a msg saying "last msg read claimed to
be #xxxx" "reset to xxxx".  Why does it do this?  There seems to be no
pattern, it just does it sometimes.  And it drives me nuts!  I have to
re-read msgs that I have already read when it does this, or use the editor
to go in and edit my .newsrc file to the correct high msg number.  It is
a hassle keeping track of that number.

Anyone know why it does this?
