In fact, it is needlessly insulting. I agree. I don't just mooch off the taxpayers; I AM a taxpayer. I go to school AND work, just so I can afford school. Since I'm paying a couple grand a year to attend this fine university, I don't feel I'm "passing the cost of the network."
