Hi,
        Sorry for asking such a naive question, but I would like to set
up a news bulletin board on our VAXstation 3500 running VMS 4.7 (I'm
reading this newsgroup on a remote system).
        We are connected to the internet, so I guess we only need the
software and somebody to send news to us.
        It might be best for someone to respond directly to me if this is
too basic of a question.
