We throw all our laundry in, and then play eucher until it is washed. Then transfer it to the dryers and continue the game. Since we check between hands, the machines are never idle for more than a couple of minutes. We have a great atmosphere, good company, and something to occupy us while the laundry is brewing... It is popular enough that people show up even if they don't have to do laundry! (Tumbler's, the local laundrobar, is located at St.Clair and Christie on the north side. Tuesdays are 15c wing nights, and there is a darts competition every weekend...) -- C.
