I gather this started a while ago, but we missed some news so I only saw
the last two articles..

While I was in California last year, staying in an apartment building, I
left a dryer spinning and forgot about it for a couple of hours.  When I
came back, I found all my clothes (including the dreaded UNDERTHINGS)
neatly folded and stacked.  I never did find out who did that so I could
thank them.

So there *are* nice people in the world..
