If you can see this, please respond.  If you have
just read another one of mine, note that this is not a 
duplicate.  It is being sent from another machine.

I don't need everyone in the province responding, only one.
The problem is which one????  Why not set up as newsgroup
to decide on which one it will be, and then that one person
can respond.  OK?
