I have had such bad service from Jameco that I can assure you it is not 
only their mail order department that has a problem.  I usually go to the 
will call desk.
 
On my last order (two years ago, haven't gone to them since) they 
substituted an 8052-AH chip for an 8052-AH-BASIC chip (which has Basic in 
ROM, the other doesn't) then refused to take it back because they said 
"it's the same chip."  They gave me a 6802 when I'd asked for a 6803; 
etc. etc.   Frankly, they don't seem to be able to do anything right.
