	Does anybody out there know why the 225-400 mhz wideband FM (240f9)
12 channel FDM-SSB multiplexed Autovon links to the flying command post
aircraft and Air Force One are currently called GEP links ?  What does
GEP stand for ?   Someone must know the meaning of this term from the
arcane anti-world of strategic nuclear deterence, I've never heard it before.
