I went through the UN office of WHO in New York (they gave me the number in Geneva. Calls to Switzerland are expensive, but a good deal cheaper than a $75 annual. Oh, the worldwide figures are at least six months out of date when they're compiled. For developing countries, that delay can be up to a year and a half, so the figures aren't quite as useful as they might be. Hope this helps.
