I hate to be coy but I'm literally afraid that if I post the NRAO Universal
Time service # the service will be overwhelmed.  I may be paranoid but
then that's what everybody's saying about me behind my back anyway, so
why not. :-)

If someone from NRAO or sister bureaucracy wants to post it, lead on.
I wash my hands.  (I should have known I'd get into trouble dragging that
factoid into the discussion anyway.)
