Something created /usr/vendor/bin on all my vaxstations recently
(I can't find any junkmail saying what did), and they all have
mode 777.  I set umask in /.cshrc and /.profile
Oh - I see - looks like it was maybe xh-ln or something.
dragon (and probably every other machine) has /usr/vendor/bin
mode 777 and it contains searchpath, of all things.
