added showpath invocations to most 'xh-' things.
package distfiles used by xh-distribute are now found in
  /software/$Package/RDistfile.
Distfile-local left where it is for now.
did 'make makefile' in /software/*/.
bury'd and rm'd /software/*/Distfile where there was a corresponding
 Makefile that contained a reference to xh-distfile.
xh-ln checks for the existence of the replacement file.
xh-distfile uses showpath for the generated rdist 'special'.
xh-distfile no longer tries to make .admin/bins local
 if it isn't already (xh-check takes care of that now).
