I've moved the searchpath command to mfcf-basics.
The binary is being distributed everywhere now.
Except on a few machines (some distribution machines and some suns),
I haven't changed the link from /bin/searchpath since I want to see
the results of the distribution first, so it shouldn't affect anything.

("make distribute" from watmath takes too long, and I'm hungry.)
