Added options -G (like -g but examines only /etc/passwd) and
-s (specify your own separator string).  Cleaned up argument
parsing. Checked in.

The man page hadn't been RCS'd before it was changed.  Made an
initial revision of an approximation of the original Berkeley page,
and RCS'd the changes since.

Moved groups(1) into the accounts not-yet-quite-completely-packaged
package & installed it on math.
