improved search rules in xh-ln & xh-mkpath,
so now they stand a better chance of finding the local 'mkdir'.

removed /bin /usr/bin from search rules used by the "special"
at the end of the generated Distfile.
moved holmes:/software/make etc. into /usr/tmp,
as the exploding make was the original reason for adding the /bin etc.
