xh-unln is a script for use with Makefile-body "uninstall" targets to
compliment "install: xh-ln" usage.

xh-ln also fixed (Bill & Andy solved this one) to use the "right"
vendor path for stashing the vendor copy and to use "tar" rather than
"cp -p" to stach links correctly.

xh-make-links run on watmath to add xh-unln.  I did not distribute xhier.
