Done.

(The change on watmath took about 1 minute,
 distributing the source to four other machines took several more,
 remaking and installing it on each took several more.)

I haven't done a `make distribute` from watmath yet,
since by the time it finishes in a few hours I or someone else
will probably have made other updates to the package.

Could we have a `make fast-distribute` that only ships the
files that have changed since the last `make distribute`?
