The uucp map now includes map entries i the directory other.local.sites
that are not globbaly available.
The directory sites.in.limbo is entries/info about sites that never really
got around to connecting to us, but I kept it in case I ever hear from them
again.
map remade.
so now mail_route knows about sites wmsical, shad1, wathvdc, ....
