I've moved /usr/accounts to /usr/.accounts everywhere.
We can rm-r it some other time.

I've run xh-make-links everywhere.

This means that the new accounts software should be running
everywhere (and breaking everywhere probably).

Note, everywhere = `hostin group=software`
