xh-ln now only uses /vendor if it already exists
and refuses to create it (only the local administration
or maybe xh-check knows how it should be created).
It also sets a umask when creating directories under /vendor.

xh-cronjob now performs a better test to decide if it's worth
doing a 'make distribute' of xhier & mfcf-basics.

rm'd nphard:/.software/arch/xhier/data/hosts/arch_same
(it was a real file) and redistributed from Daisy.
