Sometime ago someone posted a message saying that Georgia Tech. might
be a good place for a Phd specializing in Neural Networks (I think)
to this news group.  He/She also noted two professors who recently
joined the faculty there (??).  Unfortunately, I cannot locate the
message which I saved.  Can someone help, and repost the message or
at least assure me that I am not losing my mind ?

(I looked through my saved issues of neuron so perhaps it was posted
 in another news group ?? (comp.theory.dynamic-sys,comp.theory.self-org-sys 
 etc.))

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
