Not long ago someone asked for MIDI sources for MSDOS.
I have a good book :

"C Programming for MIDI", by Jim Conger
(M&T Publishing, Inc.)

It contains the descriptions, sources, and you can order
the program in a disk. Supports Microsoft C & Turbo C.
