To get startup info:

send help to YOURADDRESS
^    ^       ^____ either user@node.domain or node!user (uses net maps)

When I have the time I try to check the requests and help the one's I
can read but the server can't. Since I won't be doing that for a while,
if you don't get it right it will vanish. When I get back I will add
confirmation to the server so it tries to use the from address to say "I
got it."
