I don't know what the channels are exactly in that range, but I do remember that they are not in a purely sequential order, due to the expansion from 23 to 40 channels. Also, many CB DXers (people who go for distant contacts) use either the Upper SideBand or the Lower SideBand (USB and LSB, collectively know as SSB), which allows separate communications to use the same base frequency as a normal AM channel.
