Some weeks ago, I posted a request for information on HPGL to Bitmap
Image conversion programs.  Some readers of this group were kind 
enough to provide me with ftp-addresses and names of PD programs
that probably do what I want, but, regrettably, I cannot access any
of these (or any at all) ftp-sites from here.

Still, I am in dire need of a HPGL to Bitmap (preferrably TIFF)
conversion program.  If any of the readers are willing to e-mail
me the number of disks or other cost needed to mail any such PD
program to me by ordinary mail (or even use e-mail) I would be
most grateful, and send disks, etc. to cover mail costs.
