Pardon me for re-asking an old question, but...

Could someone send to me references to the articles which describe fast
algorithms for drawing of ellipses (and other conics, too)?  I am
particularly interested in any algorithm that allows for fast generation
of ellipses whose major axes are not parallel to the coordinate axes.
