I don't want to sound too patronising, but choosing a college merely on the grounds that they teach Modula-2 is not a good idea. If you want to learn M2, do it yourself; if you want to learn about computing, choose a college that will teach you that. There is a *lot* more to computing than just which language you use. If you aren't exposed to as many languages as is reasonably possible, then you won't learn that much.
