I've seen it mentioned a few times that it is possible to get
back the raster images from a postscript printer after executing
some postscript code.  However, I'm having difficulty figuring out
exactly how to do it.  It seems like 'framedevice' may have the
right characteristics but it's not clear how to use it from the 
red book.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
