  I didn't mention the problem with tool.c, because make stops after
the error found in execute.c. But I think the problem was existing too
with tool.c. I replace TTY_ARGV_DO_NOT_FORK  by -1 (value found in 
/usr/include/suntools/tty.h under 4.0) both in execute.c and tool.c, and
compile mushview under SUN/OS 3.5 with no problem. And it works!
