Message-ID: <1989Sep3.125231.25514@NCoast.ORG> Date: 3 Sep 89 12:52:31 GMT Organization: North Coast Computer Resources Lines: 22 A local site running SCO Xenix's standard mailer leaves local aliases in the header and does not attach its own system name to them. This causes me quite a bit of grief when I try to reply to mail from this site (especially since the person who usually sends the mail send to me via an alias, and it ends up in the Cc: list and bounces but good). How would I arrange for my sendmail.cf to rewrite these messages as they come in so that the aliases get the offending system's name attached to them? Or should I just try to get the other system upgraded to a real mailer? (Ncoast is SCO Xenix, but I replaced it with sendmail/smail; the stupid "execmail" program is no longer executed at all.) Please reply via mail: news is still a bit flaky here. (aargh....) Thanks in advance. ++Brandon -- Brandon S.
