Mark Becker just sent me fixes to nro to make it work.  I tried them and
indeed it works, and can format its own manual.  Good work Mark!

I asked him to post the cdiffs to the net.

The program is not a full nroff, but that fact that it works at all is a
start.

I will include it as a permanent part of MINIX.  Improvements are welcome
(in particular, making it accept the standard nroff input language).
