These issues include but are not limited to: - Encapsulation techniques - Routing issues - Broadcast and name binding issues and so on. The goal of this list is to hash out a draft RFC. Submissions should be sent to "iptalk@intercon.uu.net". Requests to be added or deleted should be sent to "iptalk-request@intercon.uu.net". Usenet users may find the addresses "...!uunet!intercon!iptalk" and "...!uunet!intercon!iptalk-request" to be more acceptable to old mailers.
