Has anyone done work on writing ZIPer programs for either 0.92 or 1.01
formats?  I am working on an OS/2 BBS which will keep the body of large 
messages compressed using a ZIP technique but I havn't seen anyone doing
work on these protocols?  Are they harder to do than they UNZIP?
