I want to run SLIP on a System V.3 machine with basically no
networking support in it's kernel. This means that I am looking
for the following software:

	* a complete IP protocol implementation
	* SLIP code to interface to a tty device or modem.

Preferably, the code should be streams based rather than require
device driver hacking. A BSD sockets compatibility library would
be nice (but not essential).

It doesn't really matter if the software is public domain or if
I have to pay for it.
