	I'm looking for a PD implementation for a LAN netwatcher program
	for an IBM compatible.  Needs to run on top of the packet driver.
	Should be able to filter packets based on addresses contained
	in TCP, IP, and Ethernet packets.  MSC or Turbo sources are OK.
