The utility, SuperView, will display the overscan Neptune pictures nicely.
You can even use the left mouse button to scroll.  SuperView handles much
larger pictures as well.  I've used it to display (agai,m, by scrolling)
huge pictures (up to 2400 pixels) created with Express Paint.
