Keywords: asdg, kickRAM, vd0:, huh? Message-ID: <6386@hubcap.clemson.edu> Date: 4 Sep 89 18:17:30 GMT Organization: Clemson University, Clemson, SC Lines: 13 Since all this discussion about people having trouble with the new vd0: is making it's merry way down the net, how about this one? I have a 1000 with the kickstart disk eliminated. The 256K memory left over from the WCS is now added to my system via the addmem command. My question: is vd0: gonna barf on this memory or not? I also have a MB starboard 2 with 1 M sitting off of the side. When I tried vd0: the other day, it worked fine. Am I just lucky or is my system gonna screw me later? --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dave Williams | dawill@hubcap.clemson.edu | You really think I'd | | tell you what I'm up to? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
