But if I'm not mistaken, sysops are allowed to download it and to offer it 
for downloading.  The license specifically prohibits only uploading.  (What
about cross loading (e.g: FidoNET).  Perhaps there is more to the agreement
than I have seen?)  Curiouser and curiouser... -ss
