I've been calling them weekly asking if is has arrived, and it has not. I was curious if anyone from C= can comment on this situation. I am not angry or indignant, just curious about the delay. I realize the part is for a system no longer produced by C=. Does C= wait for a large collection of A1000 keyboard orders to come in before having the parts built? I wonder how many people order new A1000 keyboards? Mine is busted up and sticky - yes I've cleaned it - and I remember fondly the crisp feel of the keyboard when it was new. I look forward to getting a new one, expecting it last me until a move up to an A3000 in 2-3 years. Thanks. -- ---------------------------------------------------------------------- John Lindwall johnl@tw-rnd.SanDiego.NCR.COM "Above opinions are my own, not my employer's" Health is merely the slowest possible rate at which one can die.
