Suggest you read section I, paragraph C, sub-paragraph 1.  Look for the
keyword "NETWORK". If you (or the nearest lawyer) were to take maybe a broad
interpretation of the word, it might explain why CBM can (and just might if
you're not too careful!!) sue you for putting it on your local BBS. ("It's our
product, we'll dole it out as we damn please! BWHAHAHAHAHA!!!")

But then again, it's *only* my opinion.
