ramlib[.library] is initialized during AmigaDOS initialization and
"SetFunction"s some exec routines to implement loading devices and
libraries out of DEVS: and LIBS:, and "Expunge"ing them during low
memory conditions.  It is not a callable library.  No documentation
exists.  It *is* on the ExecBase library list in rom releases through
V34 even though it is not a real library.  It will not be on the list
for V36 (1.4).
