I first noticed this bug with DMOUSE installed.
With DMOUSE, press and hold on a window in a screen all to itself, and
then click RMB. You will now be able to move the window offscreen.
This is nothing new, but....

Tonite I found a way to do it without DMOUSE.
Press and hold the drag bar of a window. Press left amiga-n then
left-amiga m. You will now be able to move the window offscreen
