I started to run into some strange doings under GS/OS V3.0.  My first 
problem is with Purge-o-matic.

I took the suggestion that was posted here on using POM with Deluxe Paint 
II.  This worked fine.  Problem is that sometimes it doesn't.  I had on 
several occasions encountered a "GS/OS system Error" when I use POM to 
start up POM or SHRConvert 2.1  I find that if I power down the system 
keep it off for a few seconds and then turn on the power, it will 
sometimes work and things are back to normal.  When it fails on DP-II it 
also fails on SHRConv.2.1  The error message is:


    GS/OS SYSTEM ERROR
    ADDRESS = $00E284		LC BANK $0
    ERROR CODE = $0002 

    This is for DP-II.  I get a different address for SHRC 2.1  I haven't 
noticed whether the address is the same for different occurances.  I have
1.25 M of memory, I've installed the system via the installer. I also 
tried setting the RAM disk setting to 0.  I have an APPLE expansion memory
card.

The other problem I have I've already discussed in a separate topic.  That 
is encountering an 

    INITIALIZATION ERROR --->0201

when attempting to run DiskTimerGS.  I don't know if this is related to 
the above problem or not.  

Anyone out there have any thoughts on these problems.
