Yes, all the ADB keyboards Apple sells work with the GS (3rd-party ADB keyboards generally work with the GS too, but I recall vaguely there is an exception...so try before you buy). I know at one point I saw an ADB keyboard without a reset switch (the Mac-SE doesn't have any need for it, unless you're doing stuff with TMON or other non-mainstream software). I think that particular company fixed it by adding a cheesy pushbutton on the back of the keyboard (StyleWare had beta hardware for review purposes), but I wouldn't be surprised if there were other incompatible keyboards.
