  I would like to see a terminal program that does this-

    (1) Emulates ansi, vt102, vt 220 terminals (in color)
    (2) Supports XModem batch, REAL Y-Modem, ZModem and Zmodem batch,
        Sea-Link...
    (3) Has an alarm for time....
    (4) Turns up the volume of the speaker for just this program.
    (5) Has a split screen option...
    (6) Supports some type of function keys and macros.
